This picturebook explores feelings of self-consciousness and insecurity, depicted by strange little monsters that follow the protagonist throughout the story, and explores how sometimes sharing our worries can make them disappear for a little while.

Hi, I'm Mariana Stefanova Koeva, an Illustrator and Storyteller with a growing focus on picture books.
I work across traditional and digital media, combining handmade textures with digital techniques to create expressive illustrations. I'm drawn to stories that explore emotions, imagination, and the moments that help us connect with ourselves and others.
I enjoy creating character-driven narratives where words and images work together to bring stories to life.
