The Beach Has Rules

Growing up in Mallorca, summer was my favourite time of the year because it meant no school and long days at the beach with my grandparents.

The Beach Has Rules is a nostalgic and playful story that comes from those personal childhood memories of spending entire days by the sea with my little brother and our grandparents. It felt like a ritual: first getting ready, then finding the perfect spot, and spending the rest of the day playing games by our own rules. I can’t help but smile when I picture those days in my head.

This picture book aims to take readers back to those warm and fun summer days.
